Decent locks and ease of installation, the main thing is that the key is not inserted upside down. The instructions show upside down buttons and say everything is fine. A call to Kwikset support confirmed. "The factory only makes part of it - we can't control that and we can't send you the right part." You can watch it on YouTube and find a video of how to turn the lock so that the key is up indicates. Kwikset will send you a tool but I wanted to fix it now so I used the double screwdriver method. Not easy and I'm very mechanical and have already installed door handles. It's all kind of idiotic. But the quality of the locks and the price seems good.
