Where have you been all your Presto ceramic grill life? My grandkids love pancakes so I'm a gluten free pancake master. While there are delicious mixes out there, I usually add a little beet sugar and goat milk to every mix I use. And I suddenly cook enough for the army. This grill is perfect for our purposes. Although it's quite large, it's easy to clean and store away. We love the fact that it's ceramic and not Teflon. We have grandkids who are very vulnerable to food additives and toxins so this grill makes our lives so much easier. So far we've used this grill to make pancakes, fry eggs and even reheat leftover corn on the cob. I especially like to make toast on it. I can make a lot of lightly buttered toast at once. This greatly simplifies the preparation and heating of food. Clean up? Clean what? I just dampen a paper towel with some dish soap, wipe it off, then dampen another paper towel or two and rinse really well, voila! Finished!
