Easy for billing - quick turn around time when updating or submitting claims- Great customer service! I have never had any issues contacting their support team over email/phone (which is great). Our vet clinic uses VetsTAR as our EMR system which makes it easy from there too update patient files in realtime.- The interface can be confusing at first but once used its very user friendly & helps save tons of paper by having everything stored online so no need anymore going through old records looking up information about previous patients etc..
