The system has been very efficient at helping our business grow and it has allowed us to be more responsive to our customers needs and demands. The reporting features are so much better than other systems we have used in the past. I really do not have anything that I dislike about this system but the support team could use some training. We are able to keep track of our sales, inventory levels and costs within the system. Our employees can easily access this information from their phone or computer allowing them to respond to customer inquiries quicker without having to physically check with a manager or supervisor first.
