Overall it's a good product but as I bought 2 and they both had the same problem I can say that. The brackets arrived slightly damaged. Not twisted, but bent down from front to back. Not a big problem, but worth nationalizing. It installed fairly well on one of my computers, but the screw holes on the Dell I used it on were too small. As it is designed for a standard 3.5" drive bay, the standard hard drive screws used for drives of this size must be used. I was able to put it in the drive cage and let it levitate. Again, not a major issue, but worth mentioning. I will most likely buy another one if I need it.
