I was very excited about the arrival of these shoes as I have had several pairs of Salomon shoes that I have loved over the years and expected the same. Bought them in April, only worn on a few hikes and stored properly and they are falling apart. The lace tongues are thin and cracking and the sole has come off the shoe. I bought these shoes in April and made several attempts in May, June and July to fill out an online form on the Salomon website to get the promised warranty coverage, spent a lot of time uploading photos and re-entering very detailed data. , the request expires on validation and I have to repeat the process indefinitely. I tried to fill out the form at least 20 times! As far as I can tell there is no number to call and now the reality is I spent $150 on a pair of shoes that hurt my feet and we only wore them a couple of times.
