Great Customer Relationship Management Software

I love that this software is easy to use, it's customizable for every size business! The customer service has been great too - they are always willing an answer questions or help with issues when needed!! Sometimes there can be lag time between updates but usually not long at all since their team works hard everyday making sure everything runs smoothly. Nothing really, just minor things like needing more space in my computer so i don't have trouble opening up files (it could probably do better). But overall its super user friendly no matter your experience level as far as computers go :) The best feature is that it integrates with Salesforce to pull in all of your customer data. I would like to see more reports, but this tool does what we need right now! We are able to quickly view our customer list and also track their account information as well. This makes us aware if someone has not logged into their profile or changed their password recently. It's great for keeping up with customers who have fallen out of touch over time.
