I take pleasure in my ability to repair and modify gadgets as a DIY enthusiast. I regret to say that Wearable4U's wearable technology product was a total disappointment. The fact that the device arrived broken and with malfunctioning features made it obvious that their quality control procedures needed improvement. When I contacted their customer service department, I received inadequate comments and a lack of enthusiasm for fixing the problem. Overall, Wearable4U let me down, and I would advise anyone against making a purchase from them.
