The ability for me as an Account Executive, not only being able to see what my team was working with but also who they were speaking too! I can now easily view all of our account's activity throughout the day which has been very helpful when it comes time to planning future calls or meetings. It would have helped if there could have been more customization options available such as adding additional fields/columns so we weren't limited to just seeing last week's data. We are using this software primarily during the month end process where you want to make sure your numbers match up from one period to another. This allows us to quickly identify any discrepancies between periods.
