Great System with Excellent Analytics

I like the way that the system is organized and the analytics are easy to use for a non-expert. The software can be a little difficult to use for a non-expert. It is very easy to learn and use once you go through the tutorial and understand the product. I like the analytics and how easy it is to use. I dislike the fact that I cannot get a call back from a person when I am trying to reach out to a prospect. The system has been very helpful in our sales process. The analytics are very helpful in

Great Product For Accounting Professionals

The platform, its features and ease of use for our Sales team! We are able to access all aspects of account data from anywhere at anytime via mobile device or desktop browser. There really isn't anything I dislike about this product other than it being an expensive tool compared with some competitors - but not too much expense considering how useful we think having so many reports available has been beneficial across the business! It's made us more efficient as well making reporting quicker…

Time Well Spent is great customer insight

The ability for me as an Account Executive, not only being able to see what my team was working with but also who they were speaking too! I can now easily view all of our account's activity throughout the day which has been very helpful when it comes time to planning future calls or meetings. It would have helped if there could have been more customization options available such as adding additional fields/columns so we weren't limited to just seeing last week's data. We are using this…
