The platform, its features and ease of use for our Sales team! We are able to access all aspects of account data from anywhere at anytime via mobile device or desktop browser. There really isn't anything I dislike about this product other than it being an expensive tool compared with some competitors - but not too much expense considering how useful we think having so many reports available has been beneficial across the business! It's made us more efficient as well making reporting quicker which means less time spent waiting around for information.
