I like the way that the system is organized and the analytics are easy to use for a non-expert. The software can be a little difficult to use for a non-expert. It is very easy to learn and use once you go through the tutorial and understand the product. I like the analytics and how easy it is to use. I dislike the fact that I cannot get a call back from a person when I am trying to reach out to a prospect. The system has been very helpful in our sales process. The analytics are very helpful in determining who is most likely to respond to our proposal.
