Bought this as a second monitor for my laptop. I was a bit disappointed thinking it would mirror my screen and get power from the USB-C port, but I was wrong. Of course, if I had a MAC, this could work. So I have to use an HDMI cable and a USB-C cable for power and screen display. In general, the screen image is good and the speakers are ok, but my laptop still has better speakers, so I'll probably never use them. My biggest complaint is having to mess with two cables just to extend my laptop to a second screen.
