Not bad. This one is quite sharp and cuts through jaws like butter; Haven't used it on hardwood yet. It's heavy because of the 1/2" shank, which I like because the extra bulk allows it to hold a bit more heat without burning the wood when I need it for a heavy cut. I'm very happy with it and it's about on par with Freud or any other high end manufacturer. If you've never used anything other than the cheap stuff that comes in 10 or 20 bit sets for thirty bucks is after you've tried a really good piece, you like it. With that, you change your life. like a carpenter.
