It's easy for customers to use! I love that it has an option where you can add photos or videos from your phone so they are able to see what exactly we're doing with our equipment. The customer service team have been amazing at helping us solve any problems related to this software. Nothing really - just make sure you know how to navigate through all its features before using them in order not to waste time trying things out which may be confusing. We've used other similar apps but nothing like PESTAPP. Our clients get more satisfied because their concerns regarding pests are addressed effectively by trained staff who understand the problem well.
