we have 2 of these mats both very good mats for the inside door. They collect dirt and leaves when walked on, are easy to clean with a vacuum or hand brush and the solid base prevents sand and dirt from penetrating the floor, which is very important with wooden floors. This style and the brown color looks very nice in our home. I was concerned they might look too commercial, but they work well. I was also concerned that their low profile, which allows doors to open easily above them, might make them too light to stay in one place. No, Don `t worry. I took it out of the box, put it back in, no problems. They don't pucker or slip. I will order more from Notrax.
