This exact OEM replacement part looks exactly like the original part that was fitted at the factory 20 years ago! It was a lot easier than I thought and I've heard some horror stories about window replacements! After removing the door panel, remove the speaker from the 4 screws (for better access), then its 4 10mm main screws on the motor, 2 x 10mm side support screws and 2 x 10mm window rail lock nuts, pull them out of the bottom rail (not the side) tape the window all the way up with heavy duty tape (use plenty) pull all the other 10mm bolts holding the power window motor and pull then take out the old motor (use the bottom left hole in the door to do this remove the motor) and put in a new one, first align and tighten the two 10mm side support screws ( leave them half tightened), then align and tighten the main motor bolts in the X pattern top left - bottom right - top right and bottom left , then tighten the side support bolts. Now carefully remove the tape, slowly lower the window and put it back into the new bottom rail, screw on the 2 rail lock nuts and tighten, reinstall except door and fasten all seat belts, done.
