Just installed this today on my 2006 Honda Accord EX with NAVI setup and CD changer. Here are my thoughts; There are good videos on YouTube on how to disassemble the console and dashboard. You need to remove the top center and pull out the NAVI console all the way so you can see the entire back of the stereo. The above step was a breeze and the entire installation only took 30 minutes. If you want the CD player to continue working, you must order a Y adapter at the same time. I did NOT use any special plastic. Tools to detach dashboard, but I've seen where this might help. So far the audio quality is good and I don't hear any electrical or bleeding noises like some other reviewers have said. The console and dash came together easily and you would never tell I took it apart. Worth the money and effort!
