I really don't like hose clamps with give, just because they're pretty hard to remove in tight spaces and difficult to install in tight spaces. I knew there were special pliers to tighten the contents of the clamps, but back then (years ago) I heard that a pair of these was expensive. That's how I got good at pliers. I've seen them and damn I'll make my life easier and buy a pair. Young. Am I wrong? Tried using them a few times but at the end of the day it was FTW pliers.
