As a small business, the ABM tool was easy to use and had all the functionality we needed. The customer support was always helpful and the integration with Salesforce was seamless. The tool seemed to be updated less frequently than other ABM tools I've used. If you're looking for an easy-to-use ABM tool with excellent customer support, I'd highly recommend. We are using CompassABM to help us better understand our target account community. As customers engage with our brand, we use the tool to keep track of their preferences and behaviors.
