THUMPS LOUD for LESS

I have a SWR Goliath Jr box. III 2x10 and it burned out one of the original PAS drivers. I couldn't find a replacement PAS without paying outrageous money, so I had the option of reworking it or replacing it entirely. After nearly pulling the trigger on the recon kit, I contacted an Eminence engineer when I read that some people have replaced their drivers with Eminence speakers in similar cases. He was very kind and suggested the Eminence Delta B10 as a replacement as it's a 16ohm speaker and if you're running an 8ohm box with two drivers in parallel that's what you want. I found this deal on Revain and it was the cheapest (but NOT the cheapest) option, even better than Recon so I went with it. Just speak! I don't even know why I was so nervous at first, I guess I just wanted to make sure it was what I needed and if it would sound good in my cabin. This speaker sounds fantastic! It's actually better than the other remaining PAS, so I can't wait to blast it to replace it with another one of these little ones! I should also note that I didn't have to modify the closet to fit this little goof either. It fits perfectly into the cockpit as if it were made for it. Good punchy highs and mids are exactly what you want from a 10" speaker. Pushes the air out with ease, sounds great and for the price it's a STEAL (PLUS tax free and I received mine the next day with no shipping .Thanks Revain Prime!) Trust me, if you're looking for a good replacement for a 10" speaker in your bass box, you won't be disappointed with this one.

Pros
  • I'm looking forward to
Cons
  • The list is getting long.
