I was looking for a better replacement for my old two-stage filter that would fit in a small space under my sink. There was. a good discount on this particular system so i bought it. After installation I found that the supplied faucet was leaking so I contacted support. They reacted immediately and immediately organized a replacement. They also sent me a water pressure regulator and upgraded filter caps in advance. This isn't required, but based on her research, it would be better to install a water pressure regulator. There was also an accident on my part, a package containing a regulator and caps was stolen from my entrance, all I found was a torn envelope. I have contacted customer service again and they have agreed to resend the same items. Fortunately, the next package arrived successfully. Although I had no control over this theft of the package, I still regret it :) Let me stress this – problems can happen, nobody can avoid some random problems, but I believe that the most important thing is how the company responds to problems and in my case it was exceptionally good. In general, the installation is very simple, all the necessary parts are included in the kit. The water quality also seems good - no smell, less residue in our kettle compared to the previous filter. The water flow is fast enough to fill a 1.5 liter kettle in about 30 seconds.
