Nice surprise in a small package.

At first I had my doubts. I was not familiar with this brand. It seems that it will not be enough. But I took a risk because I wanted a processor with a chute that would make coleslaw instead of mashed coleslaw. I have to say that there isn't much choice. Was pleasantly surprised. This food processor is small but big enough to toss shredded veggies straight into the largest bowl I have and make the largest batch of salad I will ever need. It also handles carrots and onions MUCH BETTER than the two Hamilton Beach models I've used. The only thing that I think could be improved is the spout of the chute, which narrows so much at the exit that it clogs easily. So you can open it over the bowl and clean it without losing the contents. But this design also makes the top of the gutter a bit more difficult to clean than if you could reach both ends to remove stuck things. This wasn't a problem for me as I spilled water as soon as I was done with it. pain when cleaning. The small size is great because I can keep it on my countertop where it's easy to reach and use when I need it. The other lid and blades, which I don't use that often, fit easily in a storage bag and are conveniently stowed in a small cabinet above the microwave where most things don't fit. The container is big enough to make small batches of sauces and other things you don't want to throw down the chute. For a larger batch, I can still use the old HB processor. This processor is almost perfect for what I need. It's actually the best I've ever used to make a salad. .Cut the material small enough to fit the hole and it will do a great sanding job. A NOTICE. After receiving the delivery, I received an email. from the company to activate a 2-year warranty extension and free replacement. I had no problems with the device. But it seems they offer pretty good customer service and service when I need it.
