On arrival the side brushes were missing, an empty bag for the side brushes was in the box. The brush looks normal at first glance, but is lighter than the original brush that came with my Neato. Because the main brush is lighter, it doesn't get the job done as well as sweeping dirt off the floor, and it also makes the Neatobot noisier than usual. I will go back and buy a different brand or maybe even a genuine Neato part. The filters also seemed cheap and would probably be fine, but I haven't had a chance to use them. I made this purchase primarily for the main brush
