Bought a few months ago. The design is very stylish but I did notice particles rising from the inside of the pot. I don't know if it's metal or some kind of coating, but the inside seems to be falling apart. I tried scrubbing it but it didn't help. The lid is also rusty. It's just not a good pot. Looks nice but is not very durable. I remember my parents had kettles that would last for years. This isn't one of them. I've only had this for 5 months. I am very dissatisfied and now it's time to look for another one. I don't mind paying more for better quality. I cannot recommend this kettle. I am sure that the sacraments suspended in it are bad for your health.
