There were some problems with mismatched latches, so improvised knots had to be made. I haven't contacted the company about this yet, so I can't say if they would replace it. My daughter needed to use the backpack urgently, but there was no way to return it for a new time. The shoulder strap also broke when I was holding it as a bag instead of a backpack. So it's not the most reliable design. The overall design is great and easy to organize and the backpack itself looks better. Only the locks are wrong.
