As the product manager for Tonve Company, I was extremely let down by the quality of their products as well as their customer support. The products' quality was subpar, and the website's description did not accurately reflect their offerings. Customers had a difficult time traversing their website and locating information that was specific to the products they were interested in. The procedure of checking out was painfully slow and befuddling. In addition, when customers reached out for assistance, the customer support department did not respond in a timely manner. As a direct consequence of this, Tonve Company was unable to live up to the expectations of its clients and did not deliver an enjoyable purchasing encounter. If Tonve Company does not take steps to enhance the quality of their products and the level of service they provide to customers, it is likely that they will see a decline in the size of their customer base.
