So I bought it for a lot of money because of the power it can handle, but I didn't like that it was stuck in the closed position, I tried it around BUTTON BUT THE LEVER WAS NOT EXTENDED, THEN WHEN I TRYED TO LIFT THE RED LEVER TO TRY TO DISCONNECT IT, IT BROKE. "OH MY GOD" I PAID TOO MUCH MONEY FOR IT WITH THIS FAILURE. CAN I GET A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT? IF YES THE POINTS CAN BE UP TO 4 UP TO 4 FOR A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.
