I've used this to plan my Pomodoro Technique study sessions or sometimes break tasks down into smaller steps. However, there is no way to disable the alarm once it's been triggered. You must either turn off the rear sound completely and wait 30 seconds to turn it back on, or wait 30 seconds for the alarm to stop. Doesn't sound like much, but when you're trying to get on with your day it's annoying to waste half a minute waiting for an alarm to keep you informed. Besides, it's great. I just wish there was a way to turn off the noise on startup.
