It helped us in identifying our employees who are ready to move out into new roles within the organization. The tool provides recommendations according to skills required to complete jobs/roles available. I would like it if they could have separate tabs in the dashboard, so that we can view all vacancies without needing to go through each one individually. We've been able to identify open positions which match up with employee skill sets and provide them suitable opportunities which will help improve their performance.
