It also copes with sports shooting, autofocus is in time. When shooting at short shutter speeds or from a tripod, it is better to turn off the stabilizer, the pictures are sharper. For an amateur with a limited budget, this is a very good option. It's all about comparison. Bought a Canon 70-200 f/4 L USM as an add-on for sports photography. I tried . Now I don’t want to put my native in place at all. I will sell and save money for Canon EF 24-105 mm f/4L IS USM.
