Review on 🛠️ Dorman 904-810 Dodge Models Gear-Driven Mechanical Vacuum Pump for Enhanced Performance and Reliability by Jim Escobedo

I already sealed my factory vacuum pump but it keeps leaking so I decided to try a new one. The most important thing to know is that if you have a 95.5 truck or older, this pump is a PITA. The stainless steel braided oil hose is not long enough to reach the nipple. It also won't reach the 90° knee as mentioned before. I ended up having to go to Napa to make a custom one. In addition, the pump does not allow you to install a support that is attached to the block. I'm not sure if the Cummins gurus think this is necessary, but I'm afraid it will end up damaging my timing case.
