For starters tech support absolutely blows. The junk number is exactly that. Junk. Can't even tell you if the email is good but i still have yet to get a response. The cameras they are ok. Motion detect goes off for the air. Night vision is ok but once you zoom in it's blurry. Over all remember this you get what you pay for
- product would recommend it to anyone.
- Some consumers may not require or want 8 channels for their home security
