The wreath does not look like the picture

The wreath does not look like the picture. It's not that curvy and the frame diameter is actually 8.5-9 inches. It will be 14" after reshaping the green as the wreath arrives a bit "flattened". There are few berries and they are not purple. They are brown. I have it on a gold loading plate so it's richer/ looks healthier.
