This is a good body wash as it is creamy and does not dry out the skin but is quite harsh on the hair. I have found that it dries the hair very much and leaves a weird layer. You can use ACV rinse aid and everything will be fine. After a little research, it turned out that shampoos and soaps have completely different compositions. This soap falls into the only category of soaps because it is based on lye and is therefore very aggressive and harmful to the hair. Being a base formula, it opens up the hair cuticle resulting in dry, tangled, flaky hair and a greasy feel due to the hair not being rinsed out properly. This is why the ACV conditioner works so well as it is acidic, removing all soap residue and closing the cuticles leaving hair soft, clean and manageable. will lead to hair loss. Shampoos are made from different ingredients for a reason, it's a matter of understanding what they are and what they are for. Always read the ingredients list! In any case, I will continue to use it like normal soap, but not in my hair.
