Removed dirt from my hair

I've been using Head & Shoulders for a few months, maybe a year and although it's working for scalp issues my hair has been like dry straw on my head. I have very fine hair that needs some sort of conditioner to make it look human and not like a wild animal. DO NOT USE, I repeat, DO NOT USE this shampoo. So I thought I did my research and read all the reviews before purchasing this shampoo. Well, I realized too late that the reviews on this site are for mixed products! So people are giving great reviews of other shampoos and I thought they were all for the bar! On a basic basis: not for my hair, but yes for my body.

This is a good body wash as it is creamy and does not dry out the skin but is quite harsh on the hair. I have found that it dries the hair very much and leaves a weird layer. You can use ACV rinse aid and everything will be fine. After a little research, it turned out that shampoos and soaps have completely different compositions.
