Not all functions worked

I received this item and installed it very easily. Everything seemed to work, but I couldn't connect a phone to the Bluetooth. I have never seen this device on a phone and have never seen anything available on this device to connect to. I wanted to contact the seller but couldn't figure out how so I'm sending the unit back. Update: The seller was quick to replace this item and the new unit works great. The value for money is fantastic and the only reason this rating isn't a 5 is the initial Bluetooth issue. The next device will connect normally via Bluetooth.
