The product is fine. It's a piece of metal. Machining is a little sloppy so be prepared to grind down hanging metal parts if you don't want that in your engine and water pump. I think it's ok. If you install this, you should know how to fix their sloppy work. 2 stars mainly relate to the company. I had a few questions and the company seemed almost annoyed that I was a customer. You didn't even answer my questions. So if I had to buy again I would choose a different brand. I don't like supporting companies with bad service, especially when the products are the same as everything else.
