I have this model with an extra collar for two dogs. The collars are excellent, the remote control is excellent, everything works perfectly BUT. The charging connector between the collar and the charger is thin. We all have battery powered devices these days and most connections are great. It's not like this. They don't snap, they're loose, and I have to place the collar where it is, on the charging socket, for it to actually connect and charge. I will probably buy again. This is just one example of how a nickel prevents a "fairly good" product from becoming "great". The remote has a lock, excellent connection to the charger, but I only need to charge it once every two to three weeks.
