Couldn't even start using the product.
After downloading the software from the ancel website, the device displays the message "Upgrade completed successfully". I have Windows 8. The instructions then say to restart the device without telling the consumer how to do it. Some of the software was also released in 2010. This can be the biggest problem. However, the main menu is missing the waveform and battery test options I showed in the image. This item has NO WARRANTY. There are a few small scratches on the screen, apparently it was a used item. My return date is June 6, 2021. I have contacted support. I will NOT be buying from Ansel again. I could just spend my money at the strip club, no hmm.
