I really want to rate this product well but it's not accurate. If the battery terminals are not placed on clean poles, the readings are different terminals, the readings are the same place gives good results. Place them differently and the results will change. I can't trust that at all. A load tester is still the best way to test a battery. it was bad, but after a few probing moves it says good, untrustworthy.

Works just fine, from the batteries I've tested so far seems pretty accurate. The color display and display is definitely an improvement over the cheaper Ancel models. The only complaint about the "PRINT" function is that it is very crude and poorly integrated. I'm not sure why the BA101 test results are significantly different from the BA201 test results. I tested my car battery at 790 CCA with BA101 and it shows 751 CCA with 73% health but with BA201 it shows the battery reads 820 CCA with 100% health. These are very conflicting results, and the video showing these two testers also gave the same conflicting results. This has worked on all my vehicles including the boat. My boat's battery is now in its third season and this tester reminded me to replace it. The tester can diagnose batteries whether they are in the vehicle or not.
