Review on RSVP Endurance Stainless Straws SIP LG by Robin Williams

Firstly, no, the straws are NOT 1/2" wide, mine is 5/16" wide. Not sure how others measure 3/16" wide, maybe they're a little annoyed that it's not 1/2" and trying to give the product a bad name. Anyway, I made a pretty thick smoothie with oatmeal and chia seeds, and this straw held up. I have purchased other stainless steel straws (flexible for regular drinks) and these straws are 1/4 inch wide. These straws are a bit wider, 1/16 inch, which doesn't sound like anything, but in the end it counts. Not a bad deal for €9. They wash up decently in the dishwasher although I bought a straw cleaner for them but haven't had to use them yet. I read in another review that someone didn't like the "metallic taste". I haven't noticed anything like this with a large selection of drinks; Tea, smoothies, juice and even water. This is probably the result of the "placebo" effect, he expected a metallic aftertaste and got it. Yes, straws cool down as they are used, it's simple physics and common sense, no one should tell you that straws change the temperature of the drink. Yes, the straws are metal, but you already know that if you're here at Revain. If you're stupid enough to grind your teeth against straws, you probably shouldn't have access to your computer. There are warning signs everywhere because of you. After all, it is a stainless steel straw. I don't quite understand why so many people only write technical details in reviews. No, it's not 1/2 inch wide, but as long as you don't drink the resin it usually helps. When in doubt, look elsewhere as you have a serious need for straw that they probably can't fill. For others, go and buy, this is not a cause for emotion. Hope that helps.
