I matched the cable colors to my Pioneer 8700 (it took 5 minutes to use 3M gel connectors!). I removed my old deck and this wiring harness connected directly to it. The deck turned on and connected normally except I had NO sound from the speakers (the sub worked on RCA). I was sure the speaker wires were wrong so I double checked the circuit. Everything was properly connected. After many hours of research I found that the blue wire with white stripe (amp on) from the new deck needed to be connected to the pink wire from the now disconnected wiring harness that was previously attached to the back of the deck. works deck.
