Small parts are used in my kitchen, so I mostly buy commercial products. The problem is I can't fit a 10 liter screen so I have to find consumables to get the job done. I blew through the Chef's Catalog screens in less than a year and ended up with broken handles and holes in the screens. The LiveFresh strainer had good reviews, so I decided to give it a try. It has only been used recently but has been tested extensively over the holidays and seems to be doing well. I see some flexing of the handles when pouring in the contents of the pan with turkey carcasses and 3-5# vegetables, but still no separation/breakage. I look forward to trying some of their other products and stress testing them in my kitchen.
