I've just bought 2 LiveFresh 5 QT steel strainers. The reviews were good and they were accurate. Stainless steel seems very durable. The handles are attached with any eyelets and not just welded. The floor is firmly fixed. The bottom also has two drainage holes. I am very happy with the materials and construction and look forward to using them.

Look no further, this is it. What difference does it make that stainless steel is 20% thicker. This screen feels sturdy, the perforations are clean, not sharp. This compares to another 5 star strainer I ordered and received damaged. The other product was brittle and its perforations were sharp. I sent it back and went back to looking for other well rated products. i found this The quality cannot be compared. Thicker material and clean perforations cost a few euros more.
