This pump is surprisingly good. I originally got it as it is battery operated and doesn't need to plug into the car and wrap it around the tire. Simply adding air to the tires works great for this. The auto shut off when the correct air pressure is displayed works great and you don't have to worry about over-inflation. However, the main use I have found for this air pump is completely different than what I bought it for. As a soccer coach, my kids often bring under-inflated balls to practice, but with this thing, because it has a battery, I can get it out of the car and take it to the soccer field and set the PSI at 8. , and with auto-shutdown I don't have to worry about popping balls. I can even send my kids to do it themselves. Of course they are 11-12 years old so it may not be suitable for younger ones. But it's a time saver compared to manual pumps. The case also helps keep all the parts together as it has an air supply needle. It has both an electrical adapter for home use and a car adapter. I have never used a car as I just keep the battery charged and it doesn't run out during use.
