This case is great for traveling light. I wouldn't necessarily check it in as my own flight bag or anything, but for packing things to take to a friend's house or to take on a trip it's perfect. The body is nice and compact, lightweight yet durable, and pretty much everything has its place. The only thing "missing" is a dedicated place for cables, no pocket, but that's secondary. An absurd caveat: if you use lens protection (and I recommend it), remember that you've done it before. You put the headset back on after a few days. I use a goggle extender on my headset. When I took my headset back out of the case and put it back on, I panicked for a few minutes when I heard the tones "connecting to network" but no "O" appeared on the screen. . I felt pretty silly when I realized that it was because I forgot to remove the protective film from the lens, but with the extension it wasn't close enough to my eyes or face to notice right away . ;)
