A great pan set at a reasonable price! I have a nice 30 year old solid stainless steel set that I love, but I want a smaller, easier to maintain set for basic everyday use. I almost didn't order it because of the many comments that the handles get too hot. The handles are rounded and hollow to allow ventilation and are very well balanced. Mine doesn't get hot at all. Maybe it depends on the type of stove you use, but there is no problem with my gas stove. However, the handle on the glass lid of the pot got a little warm after about 40 minutes of gentle simmering, but could still be lifted with bare hands. Besides, how many festive potholders do you have in your collection lol! Use them on the lid if needed. They are very easy to clean and I haven't gotten any stuck yet. Cooking spray quickly ruins nonstick ceramics, so don't use it to prolong the life of the surface. In general, I am very happy with them and recommend trying them out.
