My comments are more about understanding, as you will see in my video, that the Arioky Selfie Trek Stick is not a gimbal. I know. The provider never advertised it as such. But one can hope. And I felt like I had to see if this motion-restricting device would do. Well it isn't. Arioky works on a flat surface; Rotation from left to right and vice versa. I'm guessing it's meant to be that you're using this up close, vlogging or something. As you will hear in my video I will explain in more detail what prompted me to submit it for review and what convinced me that it was not what I wanted and not the value I expected . And know that no batteries are required. You know why? That's because the power for this locator comes from a USB cable that's firmly attached to the device on one end and waiting for you to find a USB outlet on the other. So no, it's not suitable for portable use unless you have a power bank. And then a long cable. In my video you can see how I test it by walking around my demo table and pushing it on a 270 degree rotation axis; not that I did it sitting down. And maybe that's one of the problems. I quickly realized that I was really looking for and needing a hanging device. But I figured it might be enough to satisfy my appetite for a robotic operator to help me. But unfortunately, and again as you will see in my video, it didn't offer the quality help I needed nor the good price. In fact, I will tell you in the video that there are real hanging devices, the price of which is not much higher than this device. And I found another very similar device at Revain at a price that seemed more appropriate to me. Watch the video and see how this tracker tries to keep up with me. You can consider your needs and decide for yourself if this is what you want. It worked as advertised. But I rated it as a 3 star item. Not because it doesn't match the specs on the manufacturer's site, but because of its price. And then, after that, limitations that I couldn't accept. I will invest more money and buy a serious gimbal.
