I purchased a 2 year replacement filter kit that was advertised as an identical replacement for my Watts Premier system. The ad showed a 10" GAC final filter with connectors (pictured) that looked like my current system. I swapped out 3 other filters (not of the same quality as the Watts Premier filters I've had in the past) before realizing that the 4th final filter that was supposed to replace the RIL-10 filter also had no connectors and was insufficiently manufactured for the use of older ones. from the replaced RIL-10. Requested the appropriate filter from the seller; sent an exact replacement package, same as the original. The problem is not solved; Now I'm stuck with a useless filter, a full set of filters that I have to return or pay for again, and the expense of finding a 'genuine' replacement for my RIL filter. Not happy and should get compensation for my useless filter.
